To start the integration, the first steps are taken in ECRM.
Go to ECRM and select the App Launcher (9 dots in a square near the top left)
In the drop-down menu, select View All.
Under “All Items” select Incentive Data Tool Integration.
Near the top right, select New.
In the Vendor drop-down button, select TodayApp.
Select Start Integration and then today's date (or another preferred date).
Note: ECRM will only allow you to integrate with one outside vendor at a time, so you will receive an error until integration with other vendors has ended.
The systems will be linked within one-hour (if you selected the current day in Step 6) and your TodayApp account will be ready for set-up.
